Now let’s talk about “Migraines”
From the beginning of time people had migraines.
Nowadays, stress and overwork can cause migraines. We lack sleep as well as time for deep thought, introspection, peace, relaxation and letting go. Continued, on going stress starts to affect our nervous system and overload it. Now through medication we attempt to suppress the migraines, but in fact we are just masking the problem as the under-lying cause is still there.
The doctor will try this and try that on your migraines, meanwhile you are still suffering but now it may be due to the side effects of the medication.
Now we may have something that can help. Before I start talking about Reiki, lets discuss a few cases that I had an opportunity to assist with their migraines. This young man came to me complaining of migraines, and I asked him how often he is afflicted with these migraines. His reply was about every two or three months and those migraines could last a few hours to a few days. So I did Reiki on him and he said that it felt better and he was more relaxed. One day he called me and asked to take the Reiki level one training. At the end of that days training, he told me that his migraine was pretty much there all day. I asked him why he had not told me about this earlier in the day. He did not wish to disturb the class. So I asked him to sit on the Reiki table and I put my hands on each side of his head. It was an amazing feeling watching the stress leave the body. Within 5 minutes I asked him how he felt and he said that the migraines was all gone. A few weeks later he told me that the migraines never came back. A few months later he told me the same thing and even after a year the response was the same.
My next case involved a woman who had many issues in her life which created stress overload. I asked her: “why do you think you have the responsibility of taking the worlds problems onto your shoulders?” Her reply was that she felt like she had to do something since no one else seems to care. I advised her that all people are responsible for their own field and no one else’s. Her reply was: “but the world is going down and we need to help our planet.” I said you are right, but the whole planet can not be saved by one person alone. All humans on this planet need to do their part. She understood. We then did a meditation using Reiki to intensify the relaxing energy and it took a few sessions before her migraines left her. I only heard from her about two months later and she was still doing great.
You can see from these two cases that stress can be released from the body but here is another thing to consider. When our stress is too high we need to do a self analysis of where we are at the moment. Take a piece of paper and pen and start writing down everything about your life.
Someone told me that getting a lymph drainage will help with the migraines. For the few times I had migraines I went and got it done. The picture shows you how bad the lymph drainage worked on my migraines. I was sick for 4 days before it started to go away.

We suggest you fill this out for two consecutive weeks. Then you will see a pattern and it will be up to you to decide what you want to do next. My suggestion is to eliminate anything that affects your stress level. If you do not like your work, perhaps you need to change jobs. Sometimes a small change will boost your energy and you will start to feel better, or perhaps going back to school to learn a new trade is the answer. If there is enough positive thinking about it, you will be able to take this new added positive stress and soon you will make the change and the stress from the old job will just melt away.
Another option is to see a professional Reiki Master / Teacher and see if he/she can help you. The benefit of being able to relax in a quiet atmosphere does wonders to change your energy field. Once your field starts to increase, everything will change.

Then we start the session. Sometimes it can take one session to see improvement and I have seen people get rid of their migraines in minutes and never come back. Some others seem to need this relaxation once every two weeks and that is because they do not change their life and prefer to manage their stress in a more comfortable zone.
